Very nicely decorated soup tureen with small garnet red stars, stenciled patterns. It will look wonderful on your table and will fit perfectly into a country or cottage atmosphere.
Made by Céranord Saint amand, in semi-vitrified ceramic.
"Ceranord" was established in 1908 in Saint-Amand les eaux in the north of France. Their emblem is a swan. This factory, which registered the brands "Lustroceram" and "Orceram", was the only one in the Saint-Amand earthenware group that remained in operation during the Second World War. In 1954, the other factories in the group were closed and only Ceranord remained under the name "Les Grands Etablissements Céramique", which closed its doors in 1962.
In very good condition, a small original defect (I think) on a handle (see last photo).
