Beautiful ARCOPAL tempered opal casserole dish with Avila pattern representing Christmas roses. It goes from the oven to the table. The 2 parts can be used separately, the lid can allow you to serve, for example, vegetables.
The French brand is manufactured by Verrerie Cristallerie d'Arques.
The manufacturing process for Opal glass was discovered in 1958 and registered under the name Arcopal.
It is a glass that is very resistant to chips and cracks.
Under the casserole dish is written "ARCOPAL France".
