Magnificent set of 2 spice jars from the Art Deco period 1920-1930, in earthenware from Victoria China Czechoslovakia, fluid and chic design, with pink and blue decoration, composed of:
- Sugar
- Flour
Measures from 16 cm to 19 cm in height
Total weight 620 gr
Good vintage condition, a small crack on the large pot (see last photo).
Victoria' Schmidt & Company was founded in 1883 by Lazarus and Rosenfeld Ltd. in boho, sold within two years to Franz Schmidt, who gave his name to the company. It then took the name Stará Role. Schmidt & Company and ceased to exist in 1945 when it merged with the Altrohlau and EPIAG porcelain factories, known as Starorolský Porcelán.
